HR Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Your future tasks will be…


As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will become an important piece in the growth of our organisation& team. We need an additional trainee to help us with recruitment related tasks. It can be the first step of your carrier at a multinational SSC, which is a challenging, fast, fun and diverse environment. In this role you will support the Talent Acquisition Specialists and you will help the recruitment activities of the site.


On a daily basis:

  • Supporting the selection process of candidates
  • actively participating in sourcing activities
  • CV evaluations & pre-screening candidates via phone
  • Organising interviews
  • Creating content and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Creating and posting internal and external advertisements
  • Being a contact person to candidates and vendors
  • Other administrative tasks.

You are the ideal candidate if...


  • You have on-going studies, preferably on HR field or in psychology
  • You have willingness to work in at least 20 hours/week
  • You have fluent English& Hungarian language skills. Any additional langauge knowledge is an advantage.
  • You are eager to learn and you are enthusiastic about keeping contact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office package
  • You have supportive, proactive and positive attitude
  • You have good communication, organisational and administrative skills
  • You are punctual and reliable
  • You have excellent time management skills
  • You have good multitasking skills
