HR Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Your future tasks will be…
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will become an important piece in the growth of our organisation& team. We need an additional trainee to help us with recruitment related tasks. It can be the first step of your carrier at a multinational SSC, which is a challenging, fast, fun and diverse environment. In this role you will support the Talent Acquisition Specialists and you will help the recruitment activities of the site.
On a daily basis:
- Supporting the selection process of candidates
- actively participating in sourcing activities
- CV evaluations & pre-screening candidates via phone
- Organising interviews
- Creating content and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Creating and posting internal and external advertisements
- Being a contact person to candidates and vendors
- Other administrative tasks.
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You have on-going studies, preferably on HR field or in psychology
- You have willingness to work in at least 20 hours/week
- You have fluent English& Hungarian language skills. Any additional langauge knowledge is an advantage.
- You are eager to learn and you are enthusiastic about keeping contact with candidates and hiring managers.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office package
- You have supportive, proactive and positive attitude
- You have good communication, organisational and administrative skills
- You are punctual and reliable
- You have excellent time management skills
- You have good multitasking skills
