Drive and Deliver
Hanson is looking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced HC and MC Tanker Driver to join the Melbourne Metro team based out of Brooklyn. Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering quarry products to our internal concrete plants and external job sites.
This is a full-time role on the day shift, generally working Monday to Friday and a half day Saturday. All overtime in accordance with business needs.
In your new role with us, you will:
- Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
- Load and deliver quarry products as directed by the Allocations team
- Working hours generally from 4:30/5:30am – 3:30/4:00pm Monday – Friday, plus Saturday mornings according to business needs
- Saturday shifts finishing around lunch time
This role is a great fit for you if you:
- Current MC Licence and or Current HC Licence
- Have tanker driving experience, preferred but not essential
- Are results focused, self-motivated and take pride in your work
- FEL Ticket advantageous
- Positive safety focus
- Good understanding of the Transport Industry
- Willing to learn and progress within the Hanson Transport Department
