Descriptions:
- To complete the project brief and update as required
- Prepare concept plans based on project requirements
- Management and production of feasibility/siting plans, town planning and working
drawings in accordance with company guidelines to meet quality and time targets
- To manage external Drafters for projects allocated
- Attend workflow meetings to review project progress and identify any issues
- To check the required drawings for accuracy from external Drafters
- To ensure all documentation produced is of a high standard and meets relevant
codes, building regulations and quality control guidelines; and
- Making recommendations for improvement of output & productivity
- To manage allocated projects from concept to completion
Required Skills:
- Have an experience with Australian design guidelines
- Proficient in CAD software
- Excellent attention to details and ability to work accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
