Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed business plans for various investment opportunities.
- Work with financial analysts and to conduct a thorough assessment of investment opportunities in waste management, considering financial viability & market potential.
- Work with financial analysts to evaluate feasibility of potential projects.
- Develop investment proposals & business plans for presentation to potential investors.
- Identify potential sources of funding, grants, or partnerships to support the company's investment initiatives.
- Assist in developing investment proposals and business plans for presentation to potential investors.
- Provide guidance and support in negotiating investment deals and partnerships.
- Provide ad-hoc support throughout the investment process, including valuation, negotiation of investment deals, and coordination of filing process.
- Support the relevant departments with the development of key M&A documents including term sheet, SPA, SHA, JVA, etc.
- Develop roll-out plans for each waste stream in the waste management domain, including investment budget and strategy.
- Supporting in the development of executive committee, investment committee and board presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and initiatives related to investment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in sector experience in top-management role in industry, or senior position in investment/consulting
- Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial services, and investment management.
- In-depth knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing investment proposals.
- Ability to work with financial analysts and other professionals.
- Experience in identifying and securing funding sources.
- Ability to provide guidance and support in negotiating investment deals and partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience and success in M&A (e.g. corporate M&A)
- Experience in developing key M&A documents including term sheet, SPA, SHA, JVA, etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to provide ad-hoc support throughout the investment process.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Preferably, strong understanding of waste management industry and its financial aspects.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
